Gedmatch MDLP K23b is by far the best calculator for detecting Manchu/Tungusic genes, since it uses Ulchi as a reference under "Tungus-Altai" besides Siberian populations. Other calculators just use Nganasan, an extremely northern Siberian people, as the only reference vs Southeast Asian.  It's best under MDLP K23b's population-references to see how much total "Tungus-Altaic" (Ulchi), "East Siberian" (Nganasan) + Paleo-Siberian your samples have to see actually how much Manchurian ancestry you have.  Then compare them with Xinjiang Xibo, Hezhen, Oroqen and Ulchi in the spreadsheet vs "Han_North".  You might get results more similar to Japanese and Koreans than on Wegene.
